Momentive hires CFO

US – Survey technology company Momentive, parent company of SurveyMonkey and GetFeedback, has appointed Rich Sullivan to its leadership team as chief financial officer (CFO).

Sullivan (pictured) was most recently CFO at consumer fintech business Acorns, and has prior experience at DreamWorks Animation SKG, STX Entertainment, Twitter and AT&T.

In his new role, which he started on Monday 12th December, Sullivan will oversee all aspects of the company’s finance work, including financial strategy, planning and analysis, accounting, tax, treasury and investor relations.

Zander Lurie, chief executive officer at Momentive, said: “The board appreciates the depth of Rich’s finance experience and the diversity of situations where he has demonstrated executive leadership.

“Rich inherits a strong finance team, and I am confident he will add value immediately as our new CFO.”

David Ebersman, chair at Momentive’s board of directors and a member of the strategic committee of the board, said: “The board and strategic committee continue to focus on driving stockholder value, and we look forward to Rich’s support.”
