Moellenbeck retires from Euroforum

UK — Business intelligence company, Informa, has announced that Alfred Moellenbeck, managing director of Euroforum, will retire at the end of the year.

There is a new structure at the company with former Independent and Evening Standard managing director, Andrew Mullins now the chief executive of Informa’s Knowledge & Networking division while Moellenbeck’s responsibilities for the Euroforum business in Germany transferred to Ann-Marie Brems. She reports directly to Mullins.

Moellenbeck has been managing director of Euroforum since 1989 and been in senior management roles at Informa for the past 25 years. He was principally responsible for the Group’s conference and learning activities across Continental Europe, and at various times he also held management duties for businesses in Latin America, Africa and Asia.
