UK— MMR Research Worldwide has added four senior directors to the agency, including TNS director Tom Pile. The new recruits will cover the food, drink, personal and household care sectors.

Pile (pictured) will join as an associate director operating from MMR’s London office, having spent the past five years at TNS focusing on qualitative research as a managing consultant and director.

Also joining MMR’s Wallingford office in the same role are Dan Hibbs (previously responsible for optimising the global innovation pipeline of the Reckitt Benckiser Healthcare division at Nielsen) and Tim Button, joining from Nielsen’s BASES. He will work on beverage, personal and household care projects from MMR’s Wallingford office.

Another senior recruit at the agency is Janine Gamon. She joins as client services director from Somerset County Council, where she was a research manager.

In addition to the four directors joining the agency, it has also hired three junior staff members. Helena Nilsson-Ghosh joins as research manager after four years at GfK NOP; Mark Osborn joins as survey programmer from Maritz Research, where he built online surveys for a variety of large international clients, and Alice Parry joins as trainee research executive straight out of university.
