Specialising in branding, digital marketing, social media, communications and packaging design, the Nottingham-based agency was established in 2006 by business partners Nick Honey (pictured left) and Jonathan Turner (pictured, second right). It now has a team of 26 with a turnover of £2.3m.

Honey said: "We’ve nurtured the agency over the past 14 years through thick and thin and are really proud of the team and what we’ve achieved. MMR and Together share many of the same values and so I couldn’t think of a better way to move forward for our staff and clients than under the umbrella of MMR."

Honey and Turner will both continue to lead the agency, which will remain in Nottingham, with no other planned staff changes.

This acquisition is the latest move from MMR to build a stronger, more impactful marketing services group offering a wider range of services to a combined client portfolio spanning CPG, healthcare, leisure, travel and property.

MMR head of marketing Laura Smith added: "We couldn’t be more excited to have a digital marketing agency join the MMR Family. Together work with some really exciting brands including Muller, Fox’s, Belvoir Fruit Farms and Interflora, and the partnership between our two businesses means we now have even more opportunities to help our clients succeed at even more stages of their innovation journeys."

Together Agency were advised by M&A advisory.

MMR Research Worldwide operates globally with offices in UK, USA, China, Brazil, Singapore, India, Colombia and South Africa.
