Milieu relaunches research and audience intelligence tools

SINGAPORE – Data, research and AI business Milieu has rebranded its research platform and audience intelligence tool as MiHQ and MiAudience.

MiHQ, formerly called Canvas, brings together research, data and reporting, and uses AI to help build, programme and field surveys, as well as analysing and sharing findings.

MiAudience, which was previously named Portraits, is built on Milieu’s panel across six southeast Asian markets, and aims to better connect its audience intelligence functions.

Milieu said that MiHQ and MiAudience form part of a broader connected product suite spanning research, audience intelligence, ready-made studies and research services, with the aim of providing greater flexibility in how clients run and build on their research.

Based in Singapore, Milieu is  a data, research and AI consultancy focusing on consumer research.

Sundip Chahal (pictured), group chief executive at Milieu, said: “MiHQ and MiAudience are the next step in that journey. We’re bringing our platform, our panel and our research expertise together in a way that gives teams greater control over how they work.”
