MetrixLab launches online creative testing platform
MetrixLab has partnered with Remesh to host the tool, Immerse, on its AI-powered moderation platform.
The service offers a live online group discussion, with users able to analyse feedback from large groups of respondents during the development of advertising campaigns, packaging designs and product innovation.
Moderators can interact with participants using open questions and polls, images, videos, written scripts, moving storyboards and shelf mock-ups. The tool has been tested by clients including Unilever.
Barbara du Perron, director of global knowledge innovation consulting at MetrixLab, described the service as "fast, affordable, flexible and easily scaled globally," adding: "Using the latest technology not only provides a dynamic experience for respondents and stakeholders alike, but it also means that we can give clients a sense of the first results immediately after the discussion ends."
