Mentha Capital buys into InSites Consulting
InSites Consulting has achieved strong organic growth with a 15% CAGR (compound annual growth rate) over the past three years. It made its first acquisition less than a year ago with Sydney-based agency Direction First.
The partnership with Mentha Capital means InSites Consulting can accelerate its non-organic growth through both regional expansion and additional strategic capabilities.
The agency did not reveal details of the deal but said all its 13 managing partners were fully committed to it.
InSites Consulting was established in 1997 as a spin-off of Vlerick Business School. Today, it has seven offices across three continents.
Kristof De Wulf (pictured), co-founder and CEO of InSites Consulting: “The timing feels perfect to bring on board a strategic investor to support us in our global growth ambitions.
“Over the past few years, we have been working hard to develop scalable foundations for growth: our proprietary digital technology platforms; a strong people and consulting practice; our global delivery model; and a global brand reputation.”
Completion of the transaction is subject to customary closing conditions. Closing is expected in the fourth quarter of 2018.
