US – Experience management company Medallia has launched a set of insight tools to gather consumer feedback through video, audio or images within online surveys.
The Medallia Insights Suite allows users to automatically record focus groups through video conferencing and run international research with automated transcriptions and translations.
It also includes the ability to give participants the option to share, vote and comment on product and service ideas.
Medallia acquired video feedback platform LivingLens in February.
Sarika Khanna, chief product officer at Medallia, said: “Video is the future of research and we have combined it with the power of crowdsourcing to help brands keep pace with quickly changing consumer demands.”
