Medallia and Adobe partner on customer experience tool

US – Experience management company Medallia has partnered on customer insights with Adobe Experience Platform.


The arrangement will see Medallia integrate its experience cloud tool with Adobe Experience Platform.

This means it will be possible for businesses to see what digital advertisements were served to customers online, what they purchased, their in-store and call centre engagements, and verbatim feedback from their experience.

Amit Ahuja, vice president new business development and partnerships at Adobe, said: “The integration between Medallia and Adobe makes it easier for organisations to deliver the right experience to the right person at the right time.”
