Medallia hires CEO and makes executive team changes
Bishof is former chief business officer at Qualtrics and chief executive at Clarabridge until its acquisition by Qualtrics.
Before that, Bishof served as chief executive at Flexera Software and held leadership roles at Macrovision, IBM, Crossworlds Software and Deloitte Consulting.
At Medallia, Bishof replaces Mike Lipps, who will be remaining on the firm’s board.
In addition to Bishof, Sid Banerjee has been appointed chief strategy officer.
Banerjee was a former founder of Clarabridge, and will lead the development of Medallia’s AI innovation agenda in his new role.
Medallia has also appointed Bas Brukx as chief financial officer, joining from Therapy Brands, where he held the same role, as well as other chief financial officer positions at Clarabridge and Allego.
Former Calrabridge chief technology officer Ram Ramachandran has been appointed chief transformation officer, having most recently been president at CareJourney.
Karl Knoll has been appointed general counsel, with prior roles as general counsel at Clarabridge and partner at Womble Bond Dickinson.
Jamie Hunter has been appointed chief of staff and head of corporate development, and most recently served as chief operating officer at Emburse.
