Measure Protocol has made the appointments across its sales, operations, engineering and marketing departments.

It has hired ex-Dunnhumby executive James Guy (pictured) as senior operations and project manager.

Guy will now oversee the day-to-day operations of possible commercial opportunities, working with cross-departmental teams.

Guy previously held several management roles at data firm Dunnhumby.

Measure Protocol has also hired an executive from Lucid, the research and media measure software firm, to develop its go-to-market strategies.

As its head of platform sales, Ben Mills will manage customer outreach and run all elements of the sales function for Measure’s new technology offerings.

In the marketing department, Katya Moskalenko has joined as product marketing manager.

Moskalenko previously held roles in digital marketing, product marketing and brand strategy at several tech and media companies, including Warner Brothers and Discovery.

In her marketing manager role, she will help develop and refine go-to-market strategies, ensuring that Measure’s offerings meet customer needs and preferences.

Finally, Measure Protocol has also boosted its engineering team with the appointment of Graham Trail.

Trail previously served in front-end engineering positions with companies like eHealth, PinionVote and LiveStack.

At Measure Protocol, he will closely collaborate with the company’s product management and engineering teams with a focus on building user experiences for the company’s solutions.

“We are changing the way data is collected and delivered; expanding our technology solutions to help companies fill crucial gaps in their data strategies,” said Owen Hanks, CEO of Measure Protocol.

“We are seeing significant demand in the market, with behavioural data rising in value and importance, all of which is contributing to our growth. It’s our team that makes this kind of expansion and innovation possible.”

Founded in 2018, Measure Protocol offers a way for brands to access consumer behavioural data at scale.
