Matt + John in 7bn rebrand


UK— Insight and strategy firm Matt + John has rebranded as 7bn – timed to coincide with the world population passing the seven billion mark.


The firm, based in London, is headed by Matt Pattison, a human factors specialist and design research consultant, and John Curran, a cultural anthropologist and brand strategist (pictured left, with Pattison).

Curran and Pattison launched the business in 2009 but previously worked together at product design consultancy PDD.

7bn will continue to work with Matt + John’s existing clients, including Coca Cola, Hallmark, Johnson & Johnson and Channel 4.
