US – Consumer intelligence firm Maru/Matchbox has hired Bhavita Trivedi as vice-president of qualitative insights based in its New York office.
Trivedi (pictured) was previously insight director at Flamingo-owned Kiosk, where she developed and worked with video-based methodologies. She has also worked at Flamingo and the Insight Research Group.
She has more than 12 years’ experience working in global strategic research across sectors – including media & entertainment, technology, wellness, fashion and consumer packaged goods – and has worked in the UK and India.
Tommy Stinson, Maru/Matchbox’s managing director of qualitative insights, said: “Bhavita’s international experience, her focus on telling compelling stories, and her academic and professional expertise in cultural analysis and qualitative insights, all make her a terrific addition to the Qualitative Center of Excellence.”
