MarketCast appoints Fenton as CEO
Fenton (pictured) joined MarketCast around three years ago, becoming co-president earlier this year, and previously held senior leadership roles at companies including Nielsen, Ipsos and Kantar.
In addition, Fenton serves on the board of trustees for the Advertising Research Foundation (ARF).
Fenton replaces John Batter, who left earlier this year to become chief executive at creative operations firm XR.
In her new role, Fenton will focus on innovation, expanding the firm’s use of AI and predictive data.
Fenton’s co-president Paul Forgue will remain as president and chief financial officer at MarketCast.
Ahmed Wahla, partner with Kohlberg, MarketCast’s lead financial investor, said: “We are confident that Amy will be a tremendous leader for our clients and employees alike.
“With a focus on product modernisation through AI and data science, client-centric commercial focus and talent development, Amy’s leadership best positions MarketCast for the future.”
Fenton said: “I’m excited to lead the transformation and modernisation of our solutions so, ultimately, our clients can successfully compete and win in today’s dynamic media marketplace.”
