Market Creative rises to Sayers’ bakery challenge
A spokesman for Market Creative told Research that the two-month project would involve mystery shopping, exit interviews and observational research.
The work will be conducted across Sayers’ 150 stores in the north-west of England.
Mark Benson, commercial director at Sayers said, “We appointed The Market Creative because of their absolute understanding of the retail channel and their ability to capture actionable shopper insights from their analysis. Our aim is to grow significantly over the next 12 months and the results of the research will be vital to our approach and implementation.”
Market Creative is no stranger to the bakery sector having previously worked for wholesale bakers G.H.Sheldon.
