Magid hires innovation SVP

US – Business strategy company Magid has appointed Tim Spenny as senior vice-president, based in San Diego.

Spenny was most recently a senior account executive at Teradata, and prior to that spent six years at GfK. He has also held various sales and consulting roles at Affinova, Euromonitor and Fiserv.

At Magid, Spenny will focus on emerging technology and innovation research and consulting.

Craig Wax, executive vice-president, and head of Magid’s consumer products and services practice, said: “Tim’s global consulting experience, research expertise and industry knowledge will bring tremendous value to our clients across several industries, including financial services, technology and e-commerce.”
