US – Lightspeed Health has added QuestionArts, a suite of survey design tools, to its healthcare product portfolio.
QuestionArts uses enhanced design methodologies and components such as touch screen optimisation, branch logic, secure media testing, randomisation, display logic, complex quotas and email triggers.
The team behind QuestionArts runs a research-on-research programme that seeks to improve data quality and survey engagement levels.
“Adding QuestionArts and the new Intelligent Components to our Lightspeed Health product offerings will allow us to deliver access to a broader reach of patient and physician demographics to our clients,” said Mary Andrews, senior vice president, Lightspeed Health.
“Being able to distribute device agnostic surveys with fully responsive features is becoming increasingly important for the healthcare industry, given the on-the-go lifestyle we live in.”
