Lightspeed extends new capabilities to Asian markets

ASIA — Lightspeed has introduced eight new research capabilities across Asian markets. 

This follows the announcement last month of a similar product expansion across Australia. 

The increased product suite now includes: ad tracking; bulletin boards; CATI; facial coding; metering; a mobile panel; social media monitoring; and video insights. 

“Our clients asked for solutions that would enable them to gather clear, concise insights through the rapidly evolving technology-driven market research environment,” said Young Ham, director of innovation and research technology, APAC.

“With today’s announcement, we’re making these services more broadly available by connecting with highly-specialised technology partners to provide a range of services throughout Asia, where much of the technological transformation is taking place.”
