Leger Marketing acquires Agility Metrics
The company says the acquisition of Agility Metrics will combine Agility Metrics’ Voice of the Customer (VoC) data collection, real-time reporting technology with its quantitative and qualitative marketing research services to help strengthen Leger Marketing’s various polling offerings. Agility Metrics will be renamed Leger Metrics.
“Agility Metrics has unique expertise and technology, which allows them to provide an accurate and real-time measurement of the omni-channel customer experience, whether they are at points of sale, online, on mobile devices, or at the product level. This solution complements Leger Marketing’s offer for measuring customer experience,” says Jean-Marc Léger, president of Leger Marketing and the new chairman of Agility Metrics’ board of directors (pictured).
Agility Metrics’ founder Richard Pridham will continue to serve as president and CEO, remains a shareholder and will be responsible for leading Agility Metrics’ growth strategy. Co-founder Steve Perrone, also remains a shareholder and will continue in the position of vice president client solutions and services.
Pridham said: “This new strategic partnership will provide Agility Metrics clients with access to a full-range of measurement, analysis and support services, and Leger Marketing’s clients will have access to a new generation of VoC measurement and analysis tools in order to optimise the customer experience.”
