CANADA — Research and polling firm Leger has acquired Toronto-based pharmaceutical research specialist Researchology.
Researchology’s two partners, Rachelle Deshaies and Sergey Veselovsky, have joined the management team of Leger Toronto, which includes vice-presidents Dave Scholz and Chuck Chakrapani.
Leger founder Jean-Marc Léger said: “With the acquisition of Researchology, we are strengthening our market research positioning in Toronto and Canada. Both organisations have complementary aspects and form the best team of leading-edge researchers in the country, all under the same roof.”
Researchology is Leger’s eighth purchase in 15 years and follows December’s acquisition of Agility Metrics. In 2011 it bought Switzerland’s Isopublic.
