Leeds University Union launches segmentation study

News UK

UK — Leeds University Union is launching a segmentation study of its student members.

The student charity has hired RDSI to deliver the research and segmentation project that it hopes will “revolutionise the way the charity supports and communicates with its members.”

It hopes to involve over 4,000 students in the research designed to shape their priorities over the next four years.

The research will be supported by the launch of a communications campaign called ‘Express Yourself’, intended to “encourage and promote honesty and self-expression among the student body.”

Leeds University Union affairs officer, Bradley Escorcio, said: “We want to understand the truth behind the student experience, the good and the bad. Our current four year strategic plan has been immensely successful, but we must challenge ourselves to do even better and ensure the Union develops further to meet the needs and challenges that all our members face. I feel this research will enable us to do so.”
