Taylor (pictured), who joins from Tenevos, will lead the group’s product and technology strategy and teams. The appointment follows the recent launch of the company’s ‘Test Your Ad Competitive Edge’ platform.

Wood, currently chief innovation officer, has been appointed chief creative officer. He will continue to lead System1’s creative vision, with an expanded brief across thought leadership that will aim to shape the company’s advertising and innovation strategy.

System1 has also promoted Andrew Tindall, previously senior vice-president of global partnerships, to the executive team as chief growth officer – advertising. The extended remit will involve Tindall leading change across the company’s advertising proposition.

Chief customer officer Jon Evans is leaving the business to manage his podcast, Uncensored CMO, on a permanent basis.

The company has said that it will become founding sponsor of the podcast.

James Gregory, chief executive, System1, said: “Orlando, Andrew and Tristan have been fundamental to System1’s commercial and creative success. Their new roles will enable them to drive our advertising and innovation propositions further forward. I’d also like to welcome Mo to System1 as we continue to invest in and expand our technology and platforms.

“Jon and the UCMO team have built an incredible platform for the marketing community and beyond, and we look forward to working together in the next stage of their journey as an independent business.”
