Leadership changes at Rep Data as product division created

US – Data and insights partner Rep Data has made changes to its leadership, with Joseph Baldini appointed as chief technology officer and Vignesh Krishnan leading Rep Data’s newly formalised product division.

The staff changes come as part of Rep Data’s separation of its product and technology capabilities, which the company said would allow each discipline to operate with clearer accountability, greater focus and faster execution.

The shift is intended to strengthen product development through closer customer alignment while allowing the company’s technology department to keep pace with fraud tactics.

Baldini (pictured right) joined Rep Data’s board of directors in 2025 and is a former chief information officer at Kantar.

In addition, Baldini led engineering and product development at Lightspeed GMI before its acquisition by Kantar, and has held senior roles at Apollo Intelligence, Muze Inc, Sabey DataCenter, Exodus Communications and Premera Blue Cross.

Krishnan (pictured left) was founder of Rep Data’s anti-fraud research platform Research Defender and gas also help senior product leadership roles at Lucid.

Patrick Stokes, founder and chief executive at Rep Data, said: “Creating dedicated product and technology leadership is a strategic move for Rep Data.

“As our platform expands and fraud tactics grow more sophisticated, we want product leadership staying tightly connected to the real challenges researchers face, while technology leadership focuses on building resilient, adaptable systems. This structure gives us the best of both with faster product development and a stronger, more scalable platform.”
