US – Consumer intelligence firm, Maru/Matchbox has hired qualitative strategist, Danna Kress, to be vice-president of its qualitative insights.
Kress (pictured) was previously a director at Greenberg Strategy and has also worked at The Richards Group.
Her experience covers leading global strategic initiatives across categories including technology, consumer packaged goods, gaming and aviation. She has a background in anthropology and has experience in product and brand innovation, ethnography, co-creation, segmentation, strategic workshops and creative evaluation.
Tommy Stinson, managing director of qualitative insights, said: “I couldn’t be happier to welcome Danna to the Qualitative Center of Excellence. She brings a depth of experience to enhance our point of view on the intersections of culture and consumer insights. Her creativity and expertise will further strengthen our strategic qualitative offering.”
Kress will be based in San Francisco.
