INDIA — Healthcare fieldwork specialist, Krea, has launched Can Do — its corporate social initiative to help skills development and employment opportunities for people with disabilities — as a separate division.
For the past three and a half years, Krea has been training and providing employment to people with disabilities so that 35% of its staff have visual, hearing or physical impairments. They work across panel recruitment, data collection and desk research functions.
Anuradha Krishnamoorthy, a director at Krea, will head Can Do.
