Knight promoted to MD at KMPG Nunwood
Knight (pictured) joined Nunwood in 2002 and was one of four partners involved in its transition from a full service insight consultancy to a customer experience and tech specialist, which was subsequently bought by KMPG last year.
He takes over from Phil Rushfirth who was managing director of Nunwood and who remained in the role during the KMPG acquisition. Rushfirth left in March this year to pursue other business interests outside of the sector.
Over the next year he will focus on expanding its Customer Experience Excellence Centre and developing its Fizz technology which collates customer feedback and digital analytics.
Knight said: “We joined KPMG a year ago, to help clients use research, technology and customer journey design to build better, fairer, faster growth businesses. As a result, we have grown: most significantly by building deeper relationships with existing clients. Looking ahead, there are significant, exciting opportunities to evolve our client services while creating impactful, highly rewarding careers for our colleagues.”
