Kantar sells call centre business to BPO specialist

US — Kantar has sold its US call centre business Center Partners to Qualfon, a business process outsourcing provider based in Mexico.

Kantar has owned Center Partners since 1999. The Colorado-based company employs 2,500 people across six call centres, and its revenues last year were almost $110m.

In a brief statement, Kantar parent company WPP said: “The decision to divest the company will allow Kantar to focus on its core data investment management business.”
