Kantar launches international election forecasting service
The International Election Team will be made up of Kantar’s political research and polling experts and will give clients pre-election and exit polling, seat projections, live media reporting and TV studio commentary, as well as post-election analysis.
The service will be available globally to media companies, governmental bodies and the business community.
Dr Michelle Harrison, global CEO, Kantar’s Public division, said: “Our International Election Team draws on global best practice, mixed with deep local knowledge, including country nationals for media commentary and client leadership, supported by our mobile group of experts who together draw on decades of experience.”
The election team has recently worked for the European Parliament, as its partner on the 2019 election; on the German State elections in 2018; in the 2017 South Korean national elections; and the 2016 British referendum on membership of the European Union result.
