Itracks launches online qualitative research platform
The capabilities hosted on the platform include chat and video chat functions, as well as boards and communities. They also include VideoVault, a secure video analysis and reporting system for market research video and audio data. This allows users to upload multimedia files from traditional focus groups and interviews as well as online video focus groups and phone interview recordings, then tag and clip the video data as they view it, and export it as highlight reels.
“Itracks GO was developed based on client requests for a system that efficiently provides in-depth insights for researchers, observers and participants," said itracks CEO Dan Weber (pictured).
