Ipsos to acquire German healthcare division of InMoment

FRANCE – Market research giant Ipsos has acquired the healthcare division of customer experience company InMoment in Germany for an undisclosed amount.

Hamburg

The acquisition will bolster Ipsos’ work in the pharmaceutical and medical technology sectors, including a broader range of therapeutic area expertise and a more comprehensive methodological portfolio.

The deal comes weeks after InMoment agreed to join experience measurement, data analytics and insights group Press Ganey Forsta for an undisclosed amount.

InMoment is a customer experience technology company focusing on AI, natural language processing and cross-industry tools, helping clients to collect and connect customer experience data from sources such as surveys, social reviews, conversational chat logs and transcripts.

Ben Page, chief executive at Ipsos, said: “We are pleased to welcome the experienced InMoment German Healthcare team to Ipsos, adding a new competence centre for the Group’s Healthcare Service Line in Hamburg, complementing existing locations in Nuremberg, Munich and Frankfurt.”
