Ipsos ‘reinforces leadership structure’ with new executive hire
In this role, Charbit will join the company’s executive management committee. She will support Poitou, with the other members of the CEO office, tracking initiatives and business performance.
With Ipsos currently undertaking a turnaround strategy, she will also help to drive the group’s reinvention as well as ‘removing roadblocks’, the company said.
Charbit was most recently group transformation program director at Carrefour and previously as chief strategy and transformation officer at Europcar Mobility Group. Prior to that, she held senior positions at Air France-KLM and Accenture.
“As we accelerate the execution of our Horizons plan, with a sharp focus on speed and AI, we are reinforcing our leadership structure to ensure optimal steering of our strategy,” said Ipsos chief executive Jean Laurent Poitou. “I am delighted to welcome her to the team.”
