In his new role, Guerin will be part of the executive management committee and report directly to Ipsos chief executive Jean Laurent Poitou.

He will lead Ipsos’ efforts to meet its strategic plan’s objective of speed, with the aim of ensuring that most studies are completed in under 48 hours, while leading efforts to change ways of working internally and with clients.

Guerin has been country manager of Ipsos in France for the past five years, including overseeing the integration of BVA in 2025.

Prior to that, he held senior roles for Ipsos in the United States, including chief client officer.

The company has appointed Depouilly to succeed Guerin as country manager of Ipsos BVA in France, reporting to Shane Farrell, chief executive Emea – with the company now adding France to the Emea region.

In his new role, Depouilly will focus on strengthening Ipsos BVA’s positioning and commercial growth. He has been with the company since 2010 and held several management roles in France before becoming country manager of Switzerland.

In Switzerland, Cattaneo has been appointed Ipsos country manager, also reporting to Farrell. She will be responsible for leading activities in the Swiss market, focusing on continuous support for international clients while diversifying the local pipeline through Swiss-based accounts.

Cattaneo joined Ipsos in 2015 and currently leads key business units including innovation and market strategy and understanding.

Jean Laurent Poitou, chief executive, Ipsos, said: “These appointments reflect the strength of Ipsos’ internal talent and our ability to develop leaders who can drive transformation at scale.

Alexandre, Laurent and Marion-Anne each bring strong leadership experience, strong execution capabilities and a deep understanding of our business. Their appointments will help us accelerate delivery of our Horizons strategy.”
