Ipsos Loyalty names Lygo-Baker as ViewsCast UK lead
From the announcement:
Lygo-Baker’s primary remit is to lead the ViewsCast team in the delivery of IVR, SMS and online customer feedback studies across a wide range of sectors. He will also support Ipsos Loyalty’s broader Enterprise Feedback Management (EFM) business.
Lygo-Baker brings to the role over 14 years’ experience of working with customer data in the retail and hospitality sectors. He joins Ipsos from Grass Roots PLC, where he was head of product development and innovation.
Prior to this, he was with Retail Eyes (later acquired by Marketforce Information), where he managed national customer experience measurement programmes.
