US— Joe Mann has become the new vice president of business development at Ipsos Loyalty.
He joins from TNS where he worked in a variety of roles within the client services team. Mann has also worked for a number of small research firms in the Minneapolis area.
Based at Ipsos’s Minneapolis office, he assumes responsibility of business development across the US and will report to Matt McNerney, president of Ipsos Loyalty.
McNerney said of Mann’s appointment: “I’ve worked with Joe in the past and know him to be a smart, dedicated and highly trusted client service professional.”
