Ipsos launches employee experience practice in Australia
Ipsos acquired public sector market research, employee research and customer experience firm Big Village Australia, formerly called Engine, last month for an undisclosed amount as part of a move to boost its presence in the Australian market.
The new employee experience research practice will be led by Wendy McInnes (pictured right), director of employee experience, and Colin Ireland (pictured left), research director.
The practice will have a dedicated employee research team and survey platform developers, led by director, XM technology Matthew Pickett.
McInnes said: “Employees are at the heart of business success and our specialism in employee experience means that Ipsos is now able to provide clients with the most advanced research and advisory solutions in the areas of employee experience, workplace culture, leadership and change management.”
Simon Wake, chief executive at Ipsos Australia, said: “Wendy, Matt and Colin’s credentials are impeccable, with more than 30 years’ experience in advising both government and commercial clients on data-led employee insights, driving employee engagement and performance.”
