Ipsos appoints HR lead in North America

US – Research and insight organisation Ipsos has made Debi Lee president, human resources head for North America, as well as promoting Kristen Kehoe to leader of its analyst development programme.

Lee joins Ipsos from AIG and has also worked in human resources roles at Ernst & Young, Deutsche Bank, American Express and JP Morgan. She will lead hiring and talent retention while supporting Ipsos’ ongoing transformation in data-led professional services and analytics.

Her expertise includes management consulting, people analytics, diversity and inclusion, organisational effectiveness, cultural transformation and change management. Lee will report to Pierre Le Manh, Ipsos global deputy CEO and North America CEO.

Kehoe was previously a senior vice-president in Ipsos’ marketing business and in the new role will leader its new ‘Generation Ipsos’ analyst development programme for entry-level researchers.

Kehoe will report to chief transformation officer for North America, Carrie Shea.

Le Manh said: “Debi Lee is an exciting leader for our HR team, bringing world-class expertise from within and outside our industry to ensure a professional services and delivery mindset that is critical as our organisation transforms ahead of the evolving needs of our clients.

“Kristen Kehoe’s commitment developing the next generation of Ipsos leaders is unmatched. She has demonstrated enormous success already. Under her leadership, I know that these new graduates will flourish and amaze us in the coming years.”
