Ipsos makes Michele Booth CX head in US

US – Research and insights organisations, Ipsos, has appointed Michele Booth as head of advisory for customer experience (CX).

Booth (pictured) has previously worked at Ernst & Young, PricewaterhouseCoopers and Deloitte. She has more than a decade of management and technology consultancy experience, with a focus on technology, media entertainment, telecommunications, retail and consumer products.

In this role, Booth will play a critical role in supporting clients with the design, activation, and embedding of CX programmes in their business
