US— Qualvu, the developer of an online video-based qualitative research platform, has raised $1.85m in a Series B financing round.
The funds have been earmarked to support an expansion of the Colorado-based company’s headcount in areas like sales, product management and research and strategy. It also plans to add to its staff in its Dublin office, through which it serves UK and European clients.
Money will also be invested in further developing the firm’s technology offer – with a particular focus on video data coding, a mobile client portal and collaboration and sharing tools.
The financing comes from Tango and High Country Ventures. Qualvu CEO John Williamson said: “This investment provides the capital to fuel our momentum, particularly as we dedicate even more resources to innovation and our European clients.”
