US— Technology market research agency In-Stat has launched three new databases, covering the markets for pay TV, set-top box and Wi-Fi enabled products.
The Set Top Box Database tracks unit shipments, revenues and average selling prices by technology and region of the world, while the Pay TV Subscriber Database tracks global subscribers by operator, country and distribution technology. It also provides five-year subscriber forecasts for more than 200 operators worldwide.
Lastly, the Wi-Fi Product Database tracks the progression of wi-fi in computing, consumer elections, mobile phones and all other enabled devices.
In-Stat president Mark Kirstein (pictured) said: “Our comprehensive databases support marketing and sales management in tracking key target markets, technologies and competitors. These comprehensive new database products are an ideal complement to In-Stat’s strategic market research reports and subscription services.”
