InSites Consulting launches self-service research tool

BELGIUM – Consumer insight agency InSites Consulting has launched a research automation platform.

The launch follows InSites’ acquisition of South African insights agency Columinate in October.

Columinate originally developed the Fluent tool, which allows users to create studies and collect, analyse and report on data. It can be used either on a self-service basis or with assistance from the company.

The tool will be integrated into InSites’ community platforms, meaning the same participants can take part in multiple studies.

Henk Pretorius, managing partner at InSites Consulting, who co-founded Columinate, said: “Fluent is designed to make research more efficient, and extends the digital research benefits of increased speed, lower cost, and higher quality to a new level.”

The tool is currently available in the South African market for ad testing only. The company plans to add more validation methodologies, including insight validation and concept testing before rolling it out globally.
