InSites Consulting joins forces with Direction First

BELGIUM – Global consumer collaboration and insight agency InSites Consulting has announced the acquisition of Sydney-based agency Direction First.

The companies have been working together since 2011.

The partnership will help InSites Consulting, which has offices in Belgium, The Netherlands, UK, US, Germany and Romania, to build a position in the Australian market, while Direction First will benefit from InSite Consulting’s global experience.

Direction First’s founder Erica Van Lieven remains managing director of the Australian office but will also become managing partner of the combined company.

Tim Duhamel, co-founder and chief strategy officer at InSites Consulting, said: “Over the last five years, we have been working to develop a global and scalable business model to meet fast-evolving client needs and fuel business growth. The acquisition of Direction First represents a first and significant step in executing our non-organic growth plan.”
