Established 10 years ago, ABN Impact delivers continuous customer insights through insight communities across Asia. It has offices in Bangkok, Thailand; Hong Kong; Jakarta, Indonesia; Manila, Philippines; Seoul, South Korea, Shanghai, China; and Singapore.

ABN Impact leaders will become managing partners in the InSites Consulting group – Maz Amirahmadi, former CEO at ABN Impact, becomes CEO of ABN Impact/InSites Consulting and Scott Lee, former chief client officer becomes senior client partner at ABN Impact/InSites Consulting.

This is InSites Consulting’s fifth purchase in the past two years – most recently it bought Join the Dots in the UK in July. With ABN Impact joining the group, InSites Consulting will have revenues of €65m and 600 people across 17 locations.

The InSites Consulting group will operate under the brand ABN Impact/InSites Consulting in Asia, while InSites Consulting Australia remains the brand in Australia.

Kristof De Wulf, co-founder and CEO of InSites Consulting, said: “Asia accounts for nearly two thirds of global economic growth. The region remains the world’s most dynamic place, home to almost 60% of the world population with a median age of just above 30 and leading the pace in many aspects of the digital revolution. It’s no surprise our global clients are investing heavily in the region. With the acquisition of ABN Impact, we can support these clients more effectively.”

Amirahmadi added: “ABN Impact and InSites Consulting represent a perfect fit on so many levels. Together, we will continue to progress next gen research through insight communities.”
