Insitas appoints former Wells Fargo research head

UK— Former Wells Fargo researcher Susan Prendergast has been appointed associate director at consumer research agency Insitas.

Prendergast (pictured) spent six years at the US bank and most recently served as vice president and head of market research where she lead Wells Fargo’s insight programme across its banking portfolio.

Before her time with the bank she spent three years as market research manager at US agency Godbe Research and had a spell as competitive intelligence manager at software form Sagent Technology.

Insitas said that her experience in the financial sector would be “vital” for the company.

The firm has also hired Richard Price as a research executive.
