Insights Career Network expands research team
Agarwal Tandon is director of marketing analytics at Rising Ahead and specialises in pharmaceutical and consumer health market research, with previous roles at organisations including Merck and IQVIA.
She has been part of the ICN for the past two years and is also a member of Women in Research (WIRe).
In a LinkedIn post, Kahren Kersten, vice-president of research on research at ICN, wrote: "Aditi’s expertise spans both quantitative and qualitative research, customer experience measurement, competitive intelligence, new product development, and brand strategy. She excels at transforming complex data into actionable insights, designing and executing research, and visualising data to drive strategic decisions for both B2B and B2C organisations."
Formed in 2022, ICN is a community of marketing, consumer, user and business research professionals who volunteer to help each other develop their careers.
ICN conducts various research studies to analyse the industry, with the aim of helping job seekers and insight professionals navigate the employment landscape.
