UK – Former Flamingo executive Hadley Coull has launched a new insight and strategy company, Headz.

Based in London, Headz specialises in tech, media and gaming. Operating as a network of independent researchers, strategists and consultants, it will work on an ad hoc project-by-project basis.

The collective of around 15 will include ex-Flamingo staff and senior category specialists.

Founder Coull, who was previously client director for media at Omnicom-owned Flamingo, said: “In recent years we’ve seen the emergence of a new business model for insight partners, which allows for more agile and effective partnerships than the traditional agency model.

“We use an ad hoc model. We firmly believe in the more collaborative and flexible working model of the collective, and we hope that clients will embrace the transparency, efficiency, and agility of our offering.”

The company is now open for business.
