US – InMoment has announced the appointment of Andrew Joiner as its new CEO, and the launch of a new customer experience intelligence tool, Discover.
Joiner (pictured) was previously worldwide head of customer experience at HP Software, the independent software business of Hewlett Packard. Prior to that, he led the business unit within HP Autonomy.
“We are excited to welcome Andrew to InMoment," said company founder and CEO John Sperry, who will continue his work with InMoment as chairman of its board of directors when Joiner takes up his position.

InMoment, a cloud-based customer experience intelligence platform, has also announced the launch of Discover, an analytics tool that monitors and mines structured and unstructured customer data to generate ‘customer experience intelligence'.
