UK – Customer experience (CX) businesses InMoment and MaritzCX have announced they are joining forces.
The deal has been backed by Chicago‐based private equity firm, Madison Dearborn Partners.
The combined company will have a global team of 1,500 employees across 20 offices in North America, Europe and Asia.
InMoment CEO, Andrew Joiner (pictured), will lead the combined organisation as CEO and John Lewis, executive chairman of InMoment, Madison Dearborn Partners executive partner and former global president of Nielsen, will continue to chair the board of directors.
Leaders from both organisations will be represented on the combined leadership team. It is expected MaritzCX will operate as MaritzCX, an InMoment company, for a period of time. The transaction is expected to be completed by early March 2020.
Joiner said: "We are bringing together two world‐class companies that will deliver value to our clients in their ongoing quest to win over customers."
