InCrowd, SHG and GlocalMind merged by owner to launch Konovo
Apollo Intelligence acquired healthcare data collection and survey firm SurveyHealthcare Globu (SHG) in 2020 and healthcare market research services and panel company GlocalMind in early 2024.
Healthcare-focused private equity firm Frazier acquired Apollo Intelligence in 2022.
The newly combined business aims to simplify research across the insights ecosystem of researchers, vendors and data sources.
Tal Rosenberg (pictured), appointed CEO of Apollo last year, will lead Konovo.
Konovo offers access to physicians, patients and other healthcare audiences through its profiled panel, partnerships, and connections to healthcare data networks.
The move also brings together AI-led features developed by InCrowd, SHG and GlocalMind, including fraud detection and sample authentication and selection.
Tal Rosenberg, chief executive, Konovo, pictured, said: “Market research thrives on speed and collaboration but is bogged down by complexity and fragmentation. Our clients and partners need faster access to deep, actionable insights to refine strategies and make informed decisions.
“With our significant investments in our intelligent platform, experts, and research audiences, we can create an experience that delivers measurable value for everyone.”
