Incling launches AI tool for analysing qual data

The tool, called IncAI Enquire, is built directly into insight platforms and helps users track trends, understand how participants are feeling, explore hypotheses, compare segments and test ideas.
Incling said that the tool, which works across more than 30 languages, would help users understand insights in qualitative data, answering research questions, finding hidden trends, providing quotes from participants to support answers and suggesting new tasks or questions.
IncAI Enquire extends Incling’s IncAI platform, which features a range of AI tools, including automated translation, AI thematic summaries, showreel generation and transcription tools.
Incling was founded in 2013 and is headquartered in London, focusing on a digital market research platform running online insight communities across 92 countries.
Juliet Pascall, co-founder at Incling, said: “Our goal at Incling is to make research easy, safe and efficient. With Enquire, we are removing the most time-consuming parts of analysing online communities.”
