UK – Digital research platform Incling has introduced an AI-based ‘research assistant’ to consolidate its existing and new AI tools.

‘IncAI’ combines translation, transcription and summarising functions with new AI‑supported moderation.

The new AI moderator can handle text, video and audio responses in the 27 languages supported by the platform.

Incling has brought together its existing tools under the IncAI name and said the launch is part of a wider programme of AI improvements the company is planning for 2026.

The tool was shaped in response to client feedback and developed by the company’s developers, researchers, psychologists and anthropologists.

Juliet Pascall, co‑founder, Incling, said the tool is designed to “assist with translation, transcription, moderation and analysis, so research teams can focus on the insight”.

Incling is offering initial free access to the tool for existing and new clients during the second quarter of 2026.
